Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer skills
• Education equivalent to high school
• Appraisal through a background check
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Portray professional conduct with a pleasant demeanor
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane, directing them to the appropriate service advisor
• Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
• Interact with customers when needed
• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the parking lot
• Keep the service lane and surrounding areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining order
• Assist in preparing the vehicle for service by performing basic maintenance tasks
• Label and organized vehicle keys and tags to maintain an efficient tracking system
• Monitor and report any vehicle damage or safety concerns
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures
