Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (required).
Upbeat, positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

One year of previous Porter or Shuttle Driver experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Shuttle guests to and from designated locations safely and professionally.
Assist with picking up and delivering guest vehicles efficiently and carefully.
Greet all guests entering the service area in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure the service lane remains clear of vehicles at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe service drive, including keeping floors dry during inclement weather.
Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained daily.
Perform designated daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned.
Support the service team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent guest satisfaction.
