We’re looking for a Porter / Merchandiser to help keep our lot, vehicles, and customer areas in top shape. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-driven, reliable, and enjoys being a key part of keeping dealership operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, team-first mindset with a positive attitude
Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Keen eye for detail and passion for keeping vehicles and areas top-notch

Responsibilities

Move vehicles efficiently between Maverick Main Dealership and the Recon Facility, including uninspected and completed recon vehicles
Assist with lot organization, parking flow, and keeping vehicles showroom-ready
Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain Maverick’s high standards
Pick up and deliver vehicles, parts, or supplies from vendors and dealerships
Prepare vehicles for sales with proper paperwork, lot tags, and fuel levels
Support technicians and dealership staff with ad hoc requests like jump starts, tire inflation, or moving parts and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and customer areas
Follow all dealership safety procedures and processes
