Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service department.
• Assist customers with their vehicles by parking, moving, and retrieving cars as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including washing vehicles and tidying up workspaces.
• Support technicians by preparing vehicles for service and returning them to customers after completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while handling vehicles and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with all guests and team members.
