Responsibilities
- Vehicle movement: Moving cars between different areas of the lot, including the showroom, service department, and customer pickup areas, in a timely manner.
- Lot organization: Arranging vehicles on the lot in a visually appealing manner to attract potential buyers.
- Basic maintenance: Performing light cleaning tasks like wiping down exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and checking tire pressure.
- Charging vehicles: Ensuring cars have adequate fuel/charge levels.
- Customer support: Assisting customers with loading and unloading belongings from vehicles.
- Inventory management: Keeping track of vehicle locations and ensuring accurate inventory records. Assist in stocking in new vehicles.
- Delivery preparation: Cleaning and detailing vehicles before customer pickup.
- Maintain a high degree of courtesy.
- No eating and/or drinking while working on site outside the designated break rooms.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Must maintain a clean and professional work area at all times.
- Maintain punctuality and good attendance, must be ready to go at the time of your scheduled shift as well as you and must follow meal period guidelines.
- Also assist in any additional tasks asked of you by your manager.
- Empty waste bins daily.
- Maintain customer lounge snacks and coffee bar to ensure they are stocked and clean.
- Maintain the bathroom cleanliness including sweeping daily as well as a weekly mop.
