Description Supports the Service Department by keeping the service lane tidy and organized. Provides shuttle service for customers and other duties to provide outstanding customer experiences. Essential Duties Adds protective seat covers and mats to incoming service vehicles. Moves vehicles from the service lane to technician staging area and secures keys. Provides shuttle service as needed for service customers. Parks vehicles in assigned areas. Shuttles cars to car care for pre-delivery wash. Other tasks as assigned by Service Director. Requirements Education and/or Experience No prior experience or training. High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables.
