About The Position

Mike’s Plumbing of Southwest Florida is hiring a full-time Plumbing Helper to support our lead technicians on residential service calls and water system installations throughout the Naples area. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in plumbing. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, learn proper installation techniques, assist with repairs, maintain clean job sites, and help ensure every job is completed safely and professionally. Requirements

  • Some plumbing or construction experience preferred (but not required)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Some plumbing or construction experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead plumbers with residential service and installation work
  • Help install water systems, fixtures, piping, and related components
  • Carry materials, prepare tools, and maintain organized job sites
  • Learn to diagnose and repair common plumbing issues
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area
  • Support technicians in delivering excellent customer service
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures
