Service Plumber

About the position

Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Service Plumbers to join our team. We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems and plumbing services for both residential homeowners, commercial properties, and industrial settings in Gillette, Buffalo, and Sheridan WY. We have been proudly serving our local communities since 1979. We are looking for applicants with experience in residential service and offer company paid training, including dealer training to facilitate and promote professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual work of service, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair work independently.
• Maintain, repair, and service a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience in residential service and installations.
• Commercial service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reading blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather.
• Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
• Journeyman Plumbers license desired.
