We are a franchise seeking a Plumber/Technician to lead the development and success in our local market The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience. 1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below
3 Years Plumbing experience

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Perform excellent customer service
Perform excellent quality work
Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
