Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience
• Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call
• Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions
• Present 6 relevant solutions for every customer
• Offer affordable monthly payment options for all services
• Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends
• Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
• Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job
• Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture
