Requirements

5+ years experience as a Residential/Commercial Service Plumber
Valid Ohio driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills
Professional communication and customer service mindset
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
A commitment to delivering Better Care, Better Quality, Better Value to every customer

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Perform repairs and replacements including: Faucets, fixtures, toilets, and valves
Water heaters (standard/tankless a plus)
Sump pumps, ejector pumps, and related systems
Leaks, shut-off valves, and piping repairs
Perform drain clearing and stoppage work using proper tools and techniques
Identify plumbing issues, explain options clearly, and recommend solutions customers can trust
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety and company standards
Complete accurate job documentation and notes (service tickets, parts used, recommendations)
