About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Rochester, MN. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (in good standing)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (if applicable)
- Experience with both residential and commercial service work
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and pricing
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
