The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience. 1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself. Requirements

High school diploma
Valid Driver License
Pass drug screen
Sound judgement and critical thinking
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch

Responsibilities

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties
Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs
Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride
Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Perform excellent customer service
Perform excellent quality work
Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
