About The Position

CMS specializes in high-quality mechanical/plumbing installation, repair & renovation projects, complex construction, and maintenance & service on building systems. We build strong relationships with each of our clients, ensuring that they are informed and provided with a high level of communication to meet and exceed expectations throughout the project life cycle. We are seeking a Commercial Service Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems.

Requirements

• Backflow Certified - (We can work with you to get this certification within first 60 days of hire.)
• Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
• 5+ years of experience in Service Plumbing
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Colorado Plumbing License - Master or Journeyman License preferred
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with drain cleaning/hydro-jetting
• Experience scoping lines with drain camera

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace pipe and pipeline systems (water/gas)
• Detect water and gas leaks
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Diagnose and repair/clean restaurant grease lines
• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace sinks, drains, faucets, toilets
• Repair/replace water heater and boilers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Drain cleaning
• Hydro Jetting
