About The Position

Carolina Cool, a NearU Company, is hiring experienced Service Plumbers to support our growing customer base in Surfside Beach, SC. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
• Required experience with boilers and booster pumps
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install plumbing systems including water heaters and water closets
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear repair recommendations
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
• Create accurate estimates and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
