About The Position

Join Donnelly's as a plumbing technician where you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding clients to informed and confident buying decisions. You will install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes. Your role will also involve designing and inspecting plumbing systems, performing diagnostics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory codes. We offer two scheduling options: M-F 11am-7pm or Tues-Sat 8am-4pm, with no weekday on-call duties. You will be provided with a company-supplied truck, uniforms, and the latest technology to assist you in your work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is preferred.
• Client-focused with very good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and values high integrity.
• Strong team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances.
• Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes.
• Work independently and solve problems efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
