Requirements
- Licensed or experienced
- A valid driver’s license
- Excellent communications skills
- Possess the competencies, willingness, and ability to perform the duties of position
- This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
Responsibilities
- Work with schedule office on jobs
- Diagnose problems and make repairs on completed homes
- This is a non-sales role; there is no requirement to sell products or services

- Hourly pay with time and a half after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours
