About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our team as a Service Plumber. This role focuses on providing high‑quality residential and light commercial plumbing services. If you have strong diagnostic skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to handle a variety of service calls efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).
  • Proven experience as a service plumber in residential and/or light commercial settings (journeyman‑level experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working in tight spaces, and performing manual labor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a flexible service schedule (including occasional on‑call or emergency responses).

Nice To Haves

  • Boiler experience is a plus (not required) — familiarity with boiler repairs, maintenance, or hydronic systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls for residential homes and light commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, faulty fixtures, water heaters, and drainage problems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and related systems for water supply, drainage, and heating.
  • Perform general residential plumbing service work such as unclogging drains, repairing toilets/sinks, replacing faucets, and addressing water pressure issues.
  • Handle light commercial service tasks, including basic repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems in small businesses, offices, or multi‑unit properties.
  • Interact professionally with customers, explain issues and solutions clearly, provide accurate estimates, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
  • Adhere to all plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Document work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
