Requirements

Minimum 6 years experience working in plumbing industry
Minimum 5 years of customer service related experience
Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand/ or sit for long periods at a time, must not have a fear of heights, among others
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid Florida Driver's License is required
Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

Florida State Journeyman license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain a presentable and professional appears at all times.
Able to provide top quality workmanship at all times
Ensuring all work performed is compliant with company standards
Able to offer sound recommendations for customer issue at hand, issue proposal with recommendations and/or passing what information is needed to the office to issue a proposal for repairs.
Discuss repairs with customer and point out any other repairs that will be required to ensure the plumbing repair will be safe and sanitary.
Complete all job task as expected by customer. Follow-up with customer in a timely manner to ensure they are completely satisfied with the work.
Responsible to complete all work orders and ensuring they are accurate, legible and completed in a timely fashion.
Help train team members on CES standards, customer standards, and educate on plumbing practices.
Able to travel to various plumbing supply outlets as requested by the Service Manager.
