About The Position

The position of Service Planner in Germany is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and offers a hybrid workstyle. This role requires proficiency in German and involves using the language in both spoken and written forms. The position emphasizes the importance of communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. The Field Support Center, where this role is situated, is a global organization dedicated to supporting and planning field service activities, including repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment worldwide.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
• Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
• Drive and support successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography
• Ensure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently
• Work in a team environment and interact with multiple internal teams
• Work with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances
• Deliver on predefined priorities and ensure customer contractual requirements are met
• Identify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause miss of NCR's contractual obligations
