Muscle Shoals - Service Pick-Up/Delivery Driver - Full-Time
About The Position
Long-Lewis of the Shoals is seeking a Pick-Up/Delivery Driver to play a pivotal role in safely transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service appointments while providing a professional, customer-focused experience. This role supports the service department by ensuring timely vehicle movement, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, coupled with an unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record. The ability to confidently drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles is preferred. The ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as well as enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day. We're looking for someone who has strong customer service and communications kills. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and outstanding communication skills are paramount.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
- Conduct vehicle condition inspections before and after transport; document any existing damage
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding pickup/delivery times and instructions
- Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and customer signatures
- Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure efficient scheduling
- Safely operate customer and dealership vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Keep vehicles clean and secure during transport
- Report delays, concerns, or issues promptly to management
