About The Position

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Parts Support Representative to join our Distribution business in (Henderson, CO). In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Assist Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. + Carry out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork, and processing transactions (cash, check, and credit card). + Maintain favorable relationships with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary. + Support other parts personnel in sourcing, locating, and ordering complex or alternative parts using various systems, catalogs, and resources. + Ensure the customer parts area and warehouse are kept neat, clean, and organized. + Manage stock levels, assist with shipping and receiving, inventory management, core processing, and other parts-related warehouse tasks as needed. + Uphold all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies, and procedures while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Identify opportunities to upsell supporting products and services to customers when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience in parts, customer service, or warehouse environments preferred; experience supporting power generation or diesel technician teams a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and effective communications to diverse audiences.
  • Action Oriented: Take initiative with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Warehouse Inventory Control: Manage physical inventory using control methodologies to meet customer expectations.
  • Order Life Cycle & Processing: Demonstrate understanding of order entry, modification, and fulfillment systems to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Interpersonal Savvy: Work comfortably with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications and capable of generating reports; experience with inventory and parts management systems preferred.
  • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
