About The Position
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution Business in (Avondale, AZ) We offer competitive pay and benefits! In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Completing customer parts counter transactions including phone and walk-in requests • Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner • Processing cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately • Utilizing systems, catalogs, and technical resources to identify and source parts • Supporting technicians and internal teams with timely parts fulfillment • Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation and order records • Managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse-related activities • Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary parts and services • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and warehouse area • Adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
