About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service for multiple Paychex products under minimal guidance.
  • Ensures good customer relations are maintained and resolves customer claims and complaints effectively.
  • Proactively educates and informs clients, initiating improvements based on feedback.
  • Maintains an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry policies.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements.
  • Demonstrates advanced skill level with systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Acts as a resource and mentor for less experienced teammates.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with clients and internal/external partners to deliver quality service.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance clients' service experience.
