The Service Owner for JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile is responsible for overseeing the administration and management of these systems within the organization. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be on-site 2-3 days a week and involves testing, implementing, and administering JAMF software for Apple Mac devices, managing Microsoft 365 features and upgrades, and maintaining Citrix XenMobile environments for over 1000 devices. The position also includes providing level 3 support and acting as a consultation resource for support technicians.
