Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum (1) year aircraft planning experience.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Project.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Update Planning Daily Reports.
• Input work breakdown codes, and operations for each location on a daily basis.
• Create AWRs per written requests.
• Input AWR, WBC and Operations for each fuel ticket on a daily basis.
• Review and complete MSO process and compare with MSO Checklist.
• Review contract information is complete and matches Pentagon entries.
• Manages and issues storage checks on time.
• Update and maintain Storage Service Order database.
• Update and maintain Ownership Transfer Reports.
• Update storage database with all arrivals, departures, inducts, RTS and ownership transfers.
• Update aircraft departure reports.
• Update and maintain MSO reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
