Requirements

Proven success leading high-performance teams in home services, field operations, or similar industries.
A passion for leadership: motivating, mentoring, and building strong team culture.
Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
Ability to coach on sales techniques and service best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
