About The Position

Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of service delivery for our Denver, Colorado branch, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and strategic planning to manage both field and office operations efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must pass Drug Screen (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Must have a good driving record (MVR)
  • Proven experience in construction or industrial services, preferably in concrete cutting, demolition, or related fields. Strong understanding of project management, safety regulations, and construction logistics.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, fleet/equipment tracking systems, and financial management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with frequent site visits.
  • Experience in managing and leading others.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate all concrete cutting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Supervise field crews, schedule personnel, and manage subcontractors to ensure optimal workforce deployment across job sites.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct site safety audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies; address unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track project costs, manage vendor contracts, review invoices, and adjust budgets to maintain profitability.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, track tool and material inventory, and coordinate timely delivery of supplies to job sites.
  • Identify inefficiencies in service delivery, implement process improvements, and use data analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to field supervisors and crews, develop performance plans, and support employee retention and career growth.
