Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year or more of experience as a Baker (for Bakery department).
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, as well as previous experience working in a meat department (for Meat department).
