Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS) is focused on driving digital transformation through core modernization across various layers. The ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect will review architectural decisions, provide technical leadership in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, and ensure alignment with business problems. The role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and custom applications. The candidate will also be responsible for driving timely resolution of production issues, optimizing performance, and mentoring the team.
