About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager for a ServiceNow enhancement. The position is located in New York, NY and is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will drive the ServiceNow SPM Module enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment. The candidate should have the ability to execute weekly project/portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain the program's RAID log, and possess strong stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize are essential.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing ServiceNow SPM and PMO standup and programs strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting.
• Strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and motivate to handle different leadership styles.

Responsibilities

• Stand up project for realistic execution: project planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Work across multiple functions to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy.
• Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting.
• Understand and maintain program's RAID log.
• Run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery.
• Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Ownership of key working group meetings.
• Indirect oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers.
