About The Position
The ServiceNow Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects within RGP's fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and modules, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in managing ITSM projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will collaborate with various teams to support clients in finding creative solutions and will oversee the lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems and services.
