An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program and project manager who can ensure our ServiceNow program achieves success. As a lead program and project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding complex ServiceNow projects. Your client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in ServiceNow program and project management, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact our federal government clients while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. You’ll manage complex technical ServiceNow programs. You’ll oversee teams-of-teams, coordinate with vendors and teammates, manage budget and risk, track contractual commitments, and partner with clients to ensure the successful delivery of large software systems and solutions.
