This position is an integral part of an agile environment and is a key part of the growth of our ServiceNow practice area. To be successful, one should have prior experience and demonstrated success implementing one or more components of the ServiceNow ITSM Module. These may include problem, incident, change, service catalog, and others as an example. One should be comfortable leading workshops and deriving requirements with a goal towards providing value and quick wins to Windward clients.
