The ITOM Analyst IV will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, specializing in event management, health log analytics, and AIOps. This role is crucial for the design, configuration, and implementation of ITOM event management and AIOps across the enterprise. The analyst will be responsible for configuring event management and AIOps to manage and correlate alerts from various monitoring tools, aiming to reduce incident volume through effective event management rules and restore services quickly by applying AIOps automation. The analyst will collaborate with engineering and monitoring teams to minimize alert noise and provide a comprehensive view of enterprise operations. Additionally, the analyst will develop and configure ServiceNow Health Log Analytics (HLA) and predictive AIOps to proactively alert operations of potential impacts to operational performance, thereby improving service availability. The position offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule, requiring three in-person days at one of the core locations and two remote days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The role demands a proactive approach to creating, designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow AIOps to enhance infrastructure monitoring, incident prediction, and automated resolution capabilities. The analyst will work cross-functionally with engineers and operations to ensure the overall success of the ITOM implementation, monitor data flow between ServiceNow ITOM and systems for seamless operational visibility, and document integration processes for future reference. The analyst will also resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the ITSM/ITOM platform, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
