About The Position

The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist at Accenture is responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment. This role requires an experienced ServiceNow developer who is proactive in developing on the ServiceNow platform and staying updated on new applications and offerings. The specialist will identify opportunities to add value for clients and collaborate with internal teams to advance projects. A strong process orientation and the ability to consult and influence stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• If Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Angular JS / Portal Development.
• Advanced skills with ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience.
• LDAP Integration experience.
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration.
• Experience presenting to large audiences.
• Advanced application experience in HR, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Security, ITAM, Asset Management, SPM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI Builder, GRC.
