About The Position

The ServiceNow HR Business Analyst at Chubb is responsible for overseeing system administration for ServiceNow technology, including HR case management and knowledge management. This hybrid role involves collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs, implementing initiatives, and ensuring optimal team member experiences through system enhancements and integrations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
  • ServiceNow Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee system administration for ServiceNow technology (HR case management, knowledge management, portal).
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to determine business needs and define functional/technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement initiatives to support the business.
  • Stay updated on new functionality and complementary solutions.
  • Collaborate with COEs to ensure systems support new processes/changes.
  • Make recommendations on improving system performance and functionality.
  • Support system integrations or enhancement projects.
  • Manage testing, create and review specifications, and oversee testing of the system.
  • Manage deployment and testing of system patches/new releases and enhancements.
  • Guide HR Support Specialists to resolve complex technical issues.
