About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of IT Service Management experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow orchestration, workflow automation, and integrations
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and demonstrated application in enterprise environments
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence process adoption
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL v4 Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide)
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
  • Experience with automation tools or orchestration platforms beyond ServiceNow

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ITSM strategy, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals
  • Design, build, and manage ServiceNow orchestration workflows for automating IT operational processes (e.g., onboarding, provisioning, system integration)
  • Oversee the implementation and continual improvement of core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and third-party services
  • Monitor and report on ITSM performance using SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure the highest level of service quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT operations, security, and development teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements for ITSM workflows
  • Mentor and guide ITSM analysts, developers, and process owners to elevate platform and process maturity
  • Stay up to date on ServiceNow capabilities, ITSM trends, and emerging automation technologies
