We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for automation and digital transformation to join our core engineering team in our expanding Miami office. A key aspect of this role is building out our next-generation ServiceNow architecture and automating critical business processes. This position will leverage ServiceNow and Azure cloud services to optimize internal workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform, ensuring a scalable, flexible, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and enhance operational workflows.
- Utilize Azure cloud services to build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure automation workflows, integrating them seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities, re-engineer workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to integrate innovative automation solutions across the organization.
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to track automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs.
- Stay updated on emerging automation and cloud technologies, proposing enhancements that align with our strategic goals and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering or IT operations with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow automation, including workflow design, script development, and platform customization.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and associated automation tools and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
