Crowe is looking for a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Manager to support the continuous growth of our ServiceNow Customer Service Management program. Our ServiceNow practice is recruiting ambitious individuals with a drive to aggressively grow their careers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Participate in client workshop and lab exercise activities.
  • Leverage your deep ServiceNow expertise to provide technical architecture designs to support client process improvement initiatives.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Field Service solutions to align with our client programs.
  • Guide your clients through the implementation of their ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration.
  • Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle.
  • Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments.

  • 3+ years' experience in a professional environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
