About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital B2B events or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital event platforms and virtual event technologies.
  • Experience with data workflows, technical architecture, and personalization at scale.
  • Passion for building great user experiences across web and mobile devices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Content Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience in a Professional Services environment engaging with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision & strategy aligned with digital priorities informed by customer insights.
  • Translate strategy into a multi-quarter product roadmap.
  • Build business cases that articulate the impact and value of proposed initiatives.
  • Define key product success metrics and ensure they are instrumented for data-driven insights.
  • Develop an experimentation plan to test, learn, and iterate on product features.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the strategy reflects cross-functional perspectives.
  • Define requirements, user experience, and functional specifications for digital event products.
  • Lead scoping and prioritization to achieve customer and business goals.
  • Deliver seamless digital user experiences across customer journey touchpoints.
  • Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, including data monitoring and stakeholder feedback.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to product area management and strategy.
