About The Position

We are seeking an experienced people analyst to join our team of People Data Analysts at Intuit. The team acts as consultants to Intuit leadership and HR COEs to bring insight and stronger actions to how we drive people strategies across Intuit. A core focus on this new role will be to lead the Data & Analytics workstream within the implementation of ServiceNow, thinking end to end how data is created, governed and presented within the platform. This role is critical to supporting Intuit's HR priority: AI Driven Employee Experiences. Having a strong analyst leading work in this space with a strategic understanding of the ServiceNow data ecosystem will enable Intuit to deliver on its customer adoption and operational excellence goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and analytics frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
  • Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities.
  • Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts.
  • Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams.
  • Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness.
  • Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains.
  • Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions.
