About The Position
The position requires strong knowledge in JIRA, JIRA ALIGN, and Confluence administration. The candidate will manage different project stakeholders' expectations and work requests, resolving them on priority. The role involves working with an Onsite/Offshore model to manage and prioritize work effectively. Responsibilities include the administration, onboarding, and customization of Jira projects and Confluence spaces, as well as automation and solutioning for user requirements using Automation for Jira and SIL Manager. The candidate will also be responsible for the administration of Jira Align, onboarding new portfolios, ARTs, and teams, and integrating existing teams into Jira Align. Other key tasks include restructuring ARTs and teams in Jira Align, migrating Jira projects and Confluence spaces, and helping users understand best practices for using Jira and Confluence. Custom reporting using Eazybi and Powerbi, managing Jira addons, and working on POCs for new implementations and integrations are also part of the role. The candidate will optimize instance performance, troubleshoot integration issues with the ServiceNow team, resolve access provisioning issues with the IAM team, and handle application-related Jira/Confluence incidents. Close collaboration with Atlassian support, Appfire, and Eazybi support for technical issues and bugs is expected.
