Service Master Restore-Project Managers are responsible for simultaneously managing multiple claims / jobs. Makes thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clients. Directly lead technicians in the production phase of job(s) via work orders. Gather all documents and work orders in order to bill on a timely manner. Project Manager will be on an On-Call rotation with other employees. This position reports directly to the Owner and works closely with Estimator and Processing Specialists.

Communicating effectively with adjusters, customers, co-workers and contractors
Communicate effectively with office and field personnel
Driving to loss site(s) to look at damages for commercial or private property, in order to prepare bids for adjusters or customers
Preparing daily job schedule
Pulling structural samples from property to test for asbestos / mold / lead
Marketing to adjusters and / or potential clients
Managing a job from the beginning until its completion in a timely manner
Completing paperwork and billing promptly
Able to sketch residential and commercial properties effectively
Able to use record of drying conditions in specific platforms such as MICA and Drytrack
Experienced in pack out and pack in procedures with experience in taking inventory of contents and track unsalvageable contents
Must have excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead a crew with professionalism, dignity, with respect to federal and labor laws
Will be expected to protect and observe all policies and procedures for the ServiceMaster Restore brand
Experienced with the Program and non-program insurance carrier(s) SLA's and Water Mitigation S500 standards

IICRC Certification is required (Lead, asbestos, mold remediation and fire restoration cert's is preferred but not required)
Experience with ipad's, and cell phone applications, and gmail is required (Xactimate is a plus)
Valid California driver's license-Must be insurable
Able to pass the physical, drug screening, be willing to receive the required hepatitis vaccines (or provide proof of having your hepatitis A/B/C vaccine already administered), and tuberculosis shot.
