The Service Manager oversees the dayshift shop and field technicians and is responsible for setting up their daily schedules. The Service Manager coordinates with field supervision on when equipment can be serviced/repaired with the least amount of downtime. This position is also responsible for the utilization of company and rental equipment and for determining which equipment should go to each jobsite.
