The Service Manager is responsible for leadership and motivation of HVAC & Plumbing Service Technicians within the given market(s). This role encompasses managing all aspects of the Service Department, including implementing company policies, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, overseeing technician performance, and adhering to Core Values: Respect, Integrity, Commitment, & Positivity. The Service Manager will evaluate employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.
