About The Position

Hastings Water Works, the largest swimming pool service, maintenance, and management company in Ohio is seeking a Service Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience overseeing five or more direct reports. POSITION OVERVIEW The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of 8-10 Service Technicians who service and maintain commercial, residential, and municipal aquatic facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing 8-10 Service Technicians with various levels of skill and experience
• Organizing and overseeing the day-to-day work schedules and assignments of your technicians
• Communicate with clients to manage their requests for service
• Conducting daily meetings with your team to review assignments and related matters
• Provide technical support for your team as they arise in the field throughout the day
• Review and process completed work orders received from the field
• Works with Director of Operations on staff levels, overtime, PTO requests, timesheets & similar
• Client repair estimates
• Hiring, training, and developing of Service Technician
