IMT Residential is hiring a Service Manager for IMT Pleasanton, 200-unit community in Pleasanton. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with an on-call rotation every two weeks. You will manage the processes of turning vacant apartments, resident work orders and common area maintenance ensuring services are within budget, on schedule and meeting IMT quality standards.
