Learn more at www.tolin.com General Description : Tolin Mechanical , an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Phoenix Branch . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below. Our Service Managers lead passionate teams to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting client needs and commitments. They are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned maintenance and project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention. They also see that work performed are in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operate on the job with the highest of ethics. Adhering to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes is important for success in this role. Service managers also manage the financial health of their business unit by maintaining an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.

Requirements

  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree, technical focus preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ service management experience in facilities, HVAC, or energy/sustainability services.
  • Experience with business to business sales preferred
  • Knowledge of the business environment in the Tucson region
  • Excellent logistics, communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project management, scheduling, and asset management
  • Management of costs, billings, and collections
  • Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
  • Evaluate contractual scope of work
  • Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
  • Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
  • Manage and mitigate financial risks
