Night Field Service Manager -The Service Manager is responsible for the jobsite, safety, service quality, and any technician assigned to them. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license – company truck provided from shop to job site
• To be considered for this driving position, you must be at least 20 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, in addition to a valid DL
• Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager position
• Ability to work overnight, varying shift times
• Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places - This is a working manager position and you will be out in the field

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Kitchen Exhaust/Hood cleaning is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the jobsite, safety, service quality, and any technician assigned to them
• Responsible for a group consisting of two or more Lead technicians plus their crews
• The enforcement of all safety rules, both on and off the job site
• Inspection of the complete Kitchen Exhaust system to include but not limited to the hoods, filters, ductwork, and exhaust fans
• Responsible for operating and maintaining assigned vehicles
• Properly reporting & requesting necessary vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Immediately correct and report any unsafe acts or hazardous conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
